Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking an entry-level Engineering Tech 1 to support basic engineering design tasks, prototype assembly, and routine technical work. This role provides hands-on learning in electronics manufacturing, applying theoretical knowledge to practical tasks while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities include process development support, basic troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Engineering team to drive quality and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Executes basic level process engineering tasks under the direction of Process Engineering team.
• Assists in programming of assigned equipment and support PCBA & box-build production.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and yield enhancements.
• Analyzes data to identify systemic process and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Support process development and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to quality standards and collaborate with team members.
• Oversee timeliness of preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
