Job summary

Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Policy Servicing File Management Jr. to serve as the main contact for lines of business and distribution channels. The role involves handling a high volume of transactions, bridging LOBs and processing center activities, and issuing policies across all business lines.

The position focuses on renewal activities, issuing orders, and maintaining policy files, with responsibilities spanning endorsements, cancellations, invoices, and related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate renewal database.
• Generate quotes for renewals.
• Act as first point of contact with the broker for renewals.
• Negotiate renewals with brokers according to established guidelines.
• Responsible for discussing with underwriters those cases out of guidelines.
• Generate issuance orders and policies.
• Develop the experience of the policies.
• Manage multiple lines of business.
• Processing and Issuance of Policies, Endorsements, Cancellations, Certificates, Billings/Invoices, etc.
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
