Job summary

Chubb External is seeking a Policy Servicing File Management Jr. to act as the primary contact for the line of business and distribution channels.

You will handle high volumes of policy records, bridge between LOBs and processing centers, and issue policies across business lines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Macro), and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish language.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate renewal database.
• Generate quotes for renewals.
• Act as first point of contact with broker for renewals.
• Negotiate renewals with brokers according to guidelines.
• Discuss cases with underwriters that are out of guidelines.
• Generate issuance orders and policies.
• Develop the experience of the policies.
• Manage multiple lines of business.
• Process and issue policies, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, invoices, etc.
• Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.
