Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Policy Servicing File Management Jr. to coordinate renewal activities and policy issuance across multiple lines of business.

The role serves as the primary liaison between the line of business and processing centers, handling high volumes of transactions efficiently. The incumbent will evaluate renewal data, generate quotes, negotiate with brokers, and coordinate with underwriters on exceptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Macro) and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish language.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate renewal database.
• Generate quotes for renewals.
• Act as first point of contact with the broker for renewals.
• Negotiate renewals with brokers according to guidelines.
• Discuss cases with underwriters that are out of guidelines.
• Generate issuance orders and policies.
• Develop the experience of the policies.
• Manage multiple lines of business.
• Process and issue policies, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, bills/invoices.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
