Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal/external business partners.
• Own and timely handle agency inquiries and policy change requests professionally.
• Issue personal insurance new business, endorsements and renewal policies.
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
• Maintain knowledge of P&C principles and company products while following underwriting guidelines.
• Navigate multiple systems to research, analyze and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment and meet timeframes.
