Job summary

GH Engage in Queens (projects across NYC) seeks a Junior PM to own project scopes from preconstruction through closeout on a diverse commercial and multifamily portfolio.

You will collaborate with Senior PMs and Project Executives, coordinate subs, monitor schedules and budgets, conduct site visits, and ensure quality, safety, and DOB compliance, with a clear path to a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction PM (GC or CM environment).
• Experience across commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, infrastructure, or renovation work.
• Strong grip on drawings, specs, contracts & documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned scopes across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subs, suppliers, architects, consultants, clients & field teams.
• Support budgets, cost tracking, forecasting & financial reporting.
• Keep schedules and milestones on track.
• Run site visits for progress, quality, safety & compliance.
• Navigate permitting, inspections & NYC DOB coordination.
• Spot problems early and help solve them.
