GH Engage seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead a portfolio of high-rise, ground-up developments in Manhattan and the Bronx. You will drive delivery performance, financial control, and execution standards across multiple active jobs, mentoring Senior Project Managers and field leadership while maintaining stringent safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years construction management experience.
• Proven Senior Project Manager or Project Executive level background.
• GC or Construction Manager-at-risk background.
• Experience delivering ground-up high-rise projects valued at $50M+.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee several active ground-up high-rise projects concurrently.
• Provide direct leadership and support to Senior Project Managers and field teams.
• Align execution strategy across projects to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Maintain strong commercial discipline across all active projects.
• Drive forecasting accuracy, cost control, and margin protection.
• Review and approve major subcontract awards, procurement strategy, and change order exposure.
• Lead executive reporting on project performance across portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and design/consultant teams.
