Job summary

Eye to Eye Careers in the United States is seeking a Junior Doctor / Physician Recruiter with at least 1 year of proven success recruiting doctors to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote opportunity reporting to the VP of Recruiting.

You will work with a support team to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches, while building a strong candidate pipeline across eye-care specialties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years proven success recruiting doctors (Optometrist/Ophthalmologist preferred).
• Agency or third-party doctor recruitment experience required.
• Strong cold calling and proactive outreach abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and contact candidates through ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Build a large pipeline of viable candidates for current and future openings.
• Screen candidates via phone and video calls; present searches to candidates.
• Match candidates with suitable client opportunities and manage accounts.
• Support interview processes from initial contact to start date.
• Maintain relationships with networks of doctors and clients.

Job Opportunity:

Eye to Eye Careers is seeking a full-time, permanent doctor recruiter to join our growing team! Our company is experiencing substantial growth in the Eye Care space and looking for money- motivated, hardworking, driven individuals to join our team! Our ideal candidate has 1+ years experience and can showcase proven success in recruiting doctors. You will report to the Vice President of Recruiting and have a support team that will assist to identify hot leads, schedule calls with candidates for you, and draft marketing/social media posts to support your open searches.

Responsibilities:

• Source & contact candidates through ATS system, search tools, job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.
• Attend industry networking events/ conferences, job fairs/ school events
• Build a large pipeline of viable candidates for all current and future locations
• Screen and qualify candidates via phone calls/ zoom
• Present open job searches to candidates
• Match candidates with clients that are a good fit
• Manage a large book of client accounts
• Place a large amount of candidates in open positions quickly
• Manage multiple accounts and client relationships
• Assist in interview support for both candidates and clients from initial contact through start date
• Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of doctors (ODs & MDs)
• Maintain, manage, and expand strong relationships with networks of clients
• Serve as a consultant to both candidates and clients
• This position will require regular interfacing with internal company and client leadership teams to advise on current trends in the market, collaborate and strategize on recruitment approaches that will yield the best outcomes
• Work and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Daily & Weekly reporting
• Work together with other team members to drive company results

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• MUST HAVE 1+ years of proven positive results as a doctor or physician recruiter (Optometrist / Ophthalmologist experience preferred)
• MUST HAVE work experience in an agency setting or 3rd party doctor recruiting company
• Experience with heavy cold calling (via phone, email, text,linkedin)
• Self confident and driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and problem-solve quickly
• Ability to be persuasive and overcome objections

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ( $40,000- $70,000 ) + results based large un-capped commission
• Commission is a large part of this package

Our home office is located in New York.

This position will be full time remote and will require paid domestic travel 5% of the time or less.

Travel will be for industry events and company meetings.

Candidates who do not have experience working remotely full-time will not be considered.
