Burkert USA Corp is seeking a senior sales leader for the Greater Charlotte, NC area to direct a high-performing team in selling process measurement and control solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, strategic account growth, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.

You will mentor managers, drive revenue, and travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend industry events, and close strategic deals.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; mechanical or chemical engineering preferred.
10+ years of sales experience in fluid flow control, valves, pumps, or related equipment within the pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing industry.
5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership within the pharma or biotech manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and cleanroom environments.
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships at all levels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze technical specifications and recommend appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
