Qualifications

• 0-1 year of animal-related experience requested or preferred.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Genuine passion for animals and grooming understood.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning under supervision.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every animal in the salon at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and address grooming inquiries from pet parents.
• Maintain a clean, safe grooming area and sanitize tools per policy.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate grooming records.
• Adhere to grooming policies and quality standards to ensure consistent results.
