Qualifications

• 0–1 year of animal-related experience, including shelter volunteering or pet sitting.
• Genuine passion for animals and grooming.
• Capable of handling pets of all sizes with care and empathy.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform limited grooming services such as bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing, and ear cleaning.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of every animal in the salon at all times.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean grooming area and sanitize tools per policy.
• Schedule appointments and keep grooming records accurate.
• Learn and follow Petco grooming policies and standards.
