NOW Injury Law, LLC is seeking an entry-level Personal Injury Case Manager to support attorneys from intake to settlement in a fast-paced personal injury practice in Draper, Utah. You will help with client communication, case documentation, and coordination with medical providers and insurers.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding firm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or case management support (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with legal software such as FileVine (training provided)
• Desire to learn, take initiative, and grow in a legal career

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned cases
• Provide clear, consistent updates and respond promptly to client questions
• Assist clients with treatment coordination and documentation requests
• Support personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Track medical treatment and follow up with providers as needed
• Request, organize, and review medical records and billing
• Maintain accurate case notes and well-organized digital files
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status
• Assist with lien identification and case documentation
• Help prepare settlement demand packages under attorney guidance
• Track deadlines, treatment timelines, and required tasks
• Ensure files are complete, accurate, and settlement-ready
• Provide ongoing support to attorneys and the legal team
