Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned cases and update clients on status.
• Manage the case lifecycle from intake through closure, including discovery and settlement.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and progress.
• Prepare and manage all case documentation and legal paperwork.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses.
