Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Current secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, test, and deploy OS/app updates across endpoints.
• Coordinate routine and emergency patch cycles with testing and approvals.
• Monitor patch compliance reports and remediate non-compliance.
• Understand dependencies between endpoints, servers, and networks.
• Support automated patch workflows and document results for audits.
• Maintain patch baselines, procedures, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity staff to align with threats and policies.
