Job summary

Agile Defense seeks an Endpoint Systems Administrator to serve as the technical liaison between the Enterprise Patch Management team and Customer Support Technicians. You will drive identification, tracking, and remediation of ACAS findings while supporting endpoint version control and software compliance.

The role bridges patching strategy and frontline execution to ensure vulnerabilities are communicated, addressed, documented, and closed efficiently across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in endpoint systems administration or related IT role.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II cert (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning/remediation (ACAS, Nessus).
• Knowledge of patch management and endpoint configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, triage, and drive remediation of ACAS vulnerability findings across managed endpoints.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Patch Management team to align remediation timelines with patch cycles.
• Serve as liaison between Patch Management and Customer Support Technicians for findings needing local action.
• Support endpoint version control and software compliance using Tanium or equivalent tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve nonstandard endpoint issues outside routine patching workflows.
• Track vulnerability status, document remediation actions, and report aging or at-risk findings.
• Communicate with customers and support technicians to clarify findings and gather context.
• Escalate systemic gaps to leadership with supporting data.
• Support continuous improvement of endpoint vulnerability-management and patch-compliance processes.
