Empower AI is seeking an Endpoint Management / Patch Operations Administrator to support patch deployment and security updates across a large Windows environment. You will manage MECM infrastructure, oversee dozens of servers, and ensure compliance with DoS standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in patch management / endpoint administration.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: CompTIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patch management and security update operations to maintain OS compliance.
• Perform patch and security update testing and maintain FTP site.
• Operate and maintain MECM instances and manage infrastructure patching.
• Oversee 45 MECM servers across enclaves supporting updates for 10,000+ Windows servers/workstations.
• Provide antivirus support and remediation for compliance and vulnerability management.
• Operate and maintain automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) for updates.

Secret Security Clearance

CompTIA Sec+ (preferred)
