Job summary

ECS is seeking an Enterprise Patch Management and Vulnerability Remediation System Administrator to provide patch management and remediation across MCCS-managed systems, applications, and endpoints. The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, Azure, SCCM, and security baselines to maintain security and compliance.

You will perform 24/7 support for incidents, execute patch deployments, validate remediation, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity standards, RMF, STIGs, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies, Azure, and SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 technical support for Severity A, B, and C incidents across MCCS systems.
• Conduct scheduled assessments and vulnerability reviews; validate patches and drift.
• Execute patch installations, configuration changes, and registry updates.
• Remediate findings from ACAS, Nessus, and other scanners; satisfy RMF/ STIGs.
• Validate remediation completion and document support for Windows apps and hospitality systems.
• Utilize SCCM, PowerShell automation, and Recast Right Click Tools for remediation.
• Manage software inventories, compliance baselines, and deployment reports.
• Provide technical training on patching workflows and tooling to MCCS staff.
• Ensure all remediation actions comply with DoD standards (RMF/IAV/NIST).
• Deliver monthly vulnerability remediation and deployment reports.
