Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in patch management or endpoint administration.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint patch deployment in controlled production environments.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM patching and remediation.
• Familiarity with governance, change management, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Deploy security patches, updates, firmware, and approved software patches across endpoints.
• Monitor patch deployment progress and ensure completion.
• Coordinate remediation and validate post-patch functionality.
• Maintain patch compliance dashboards and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance evidence related to patching.
