Junior Secondaries Partners (Law) - NYC and Multiple Locations

The Firm & Opportunity

A specialist AmLaw 50 firm is adding serious resources to their private funds and secondaries group and are looking for junior Secondaries Partners (open to Counsel) to join their high-performing team with this niche skillset. Preference to sit in New York but open to their other offices.

This prestigious team advises private fund sponsors and institutional investors across a broad range of industries and mandates. Typically the team has been LP-focussed, so those who can bring strong GP-led experience will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience from a leading or peer Funds/Secondaries group.

- Book of business not required, but to be discussed on an individual basis.

- A competitive package with future draw/equity on table.
