A leading AmLaw 100 firm is expanding its \Capital Markets practice and seeking mid-level associates to join its New York office across two high-impact areas: Structured Finance and Financial Services Regulatory.

Structured Finance Associate (2–5 Years' Experience)

Work on sophisticated transactions representing a broad client base that includes banks, private equity and hedge funds, finance companies, and public/private corporations.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise on structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, and financings
• Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents
• Manage communications with clients and counterparties
• Collaborate on all aspects of deal execution and closings
• Support the team with strategic, high-value matters

Financial Services Regulatory Associate (3–5 Years' Experience)

Engage in cutting-edge regulatory work with a focus on consumer and commercial credit regulation and licensing.

• Support regulatory due diligence for investors and lenders
