Job summary

quantilope GmbH is seeking a Junior Panel Consultant to support Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams. You will design and execute research using our automated insights platform, work with panel partners, and assist with feasibility and cost requests for studies.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert in field management aspects of market research projects.
• Manage field management projects within our DIY research platform.
• Assist with panel feasibility and cost requests for new and complex studies.
• Work with panel partners to ensure fielding is on time and within budget by monitoring quotas/incidence rates.
• Become expert in the field management tool and suggest technical improvements.
• Ensure timely closure and invoicing of fielding surveys.
• Collaborate with Senior Panel Consultant to resolve data quality issues with vendors.
• Partner with Research Consultants to address field management needs.

We are seeking a Junior Panel Consultant to support our Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams as they design and execute research leveraging our automated insights platform to address the needs of our clients. We work with a variety of panel partners, as well as our clients’ CRM databases, and are always on the lookout for ways to expand our recruiting capabilities. Our clients are some of the world’s leading brands, spanning industries such as Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Financial Services, Higher Education, Retail, Technology, and Media. What you will be doing:

• Becoming the subject matter expert in all field management aspects of market research projects.


• Managing field management projects within our DIY research platform.


• Assisting with panel feasibility and cost requests for new and complex studies.


• Working closely with our panel partners to ensure fielding is on time and within budget by carefully monitoring quotas and incidence rates.


• Becoming an expert in the field management tool of our platform and proactively making recommendations for technical improvements.


• Ensuring the timely closure and invoicing of fielding surveys.


• Collaborating with the Senior Panel Consultant to manage and resolve any data quality issues with panel vendors.


• Regularly partnering with Research Consultants to address and fulfill their field management needs.
