Job summary

quantilope seeks a Junior Panel Consultant to support Customer Success and Solutions Consulting by designing and executing research on our automated insights platform. You will work with panel partners and client CRM data to expand recruiting capabilities and deliver quality field work.

Ideal candidates are proactive, communicative, and eager to improve sampling processes, with hands-on experience in market research panel management and related vendor coordination.

Qualifications

Experience working with market research sample and panel vendors.
Track record of establishing data quality practices and efficiencies.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to educate peers on sampling processes.

Responsibilities

Become the subject matter expert in field management for studies.
Manage field management projects in our DIY research platform.
Assist with panel feasibility and cost requests for studies.
Monitor quotas and incidence rates to keep fielding on time and within budget.
Collaborate with panel partners to improve fielding quality and efficiency.
Close surveys promptly and handle invoicing with stakeholders.
Coordinate with senior peers to resolve data quality issues.
