Job summary

quantilope seeks a Junior Panel Consultant to support Customer Success and Solutions Consulting by designing and executing research using our automated insights platform. You will work with panel partners and client CRM data to expand recruiting capabilities across industries, contributing to fast, high-quality insights.

You will manage field processes, assist with feasibility and cost requests, and monitor quotas, incidences, and invoicing while collaborating with senior colleagues to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience managing market research panels and field management for studies.
• Proactive problem solving with a focus on solutions in sampling processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to educate teams on sampling steps.

Responsibilities

• Become SME in field management for market research projects.
• Manage field management projects in our DIY platform.
• Assist with panel feasibility and cost requests for studies.
• Work with panel partners to ensure on-time fielding within budget.
• Recommend technical improvements to the field management tool.
• Ensure timely closure and invoicing of fielding surveys.
• Coordinate with Senior Panel Consultant to resolve data quality issues.
• Partner with Research Consultants to fulfill field management needs.
