Job summary

The Bel Group in Chicago seeks a Junior Packaging Development Manager to drive innovation and renovation of The Laughing Cow packaging for NORAM, collaborating with global RID teams and a French-speaking co-manufacturer in Montreal. The role blends packaging science with project leadership in a hybrid office setting.

You will manage end-to-end packaging projects, define trials, analyze data, and coordinate with marketing, quality, engineering, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-spec launches

Qualifications

• Packaging engineer or related degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years in the packaging industry.
• Fluent communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop packaging from concept to production for The Laughing Cow within NORAM.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners across marketing, quality and manufacturing.
• Lead trials, data analysis and packaging qualification to line start-up.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and milestones.
