Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an entry-level Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to help customers understand and select coverage that fits their needs. This full-time hybrid sales role offers licensing training, paid onboarding, and uncapped commission potential.

You'll work with warm leads and referrals, build a personal client base, and reflect AAA's trusted member service while pursuing a long-term insurance career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn insurance products, sales practices, and licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday after training.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify appropriate property and casualty insurance coverage.
• Provide clear, easy-to-understand quotes and coverage options.
• Follow up with warm leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Build trusted client relationships and personal book of business.
