AAA Club Alliance in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent Aspirant to learn the insurance sales craft under an experienced mentor. The role helps you develop the essential skills to become a top-performing agent, including building a pipeline through networking and prospecting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license and is eager to train in lead generation, quoting, and closing, with base pay hourly during training and potential

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills – typing, data entry and learning new platforms.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Active P&C license for resident state required.
• Active L&H license for resident state preferred (must obtain prior to promotion to Insurance Sales Agent)

Mansioni

• Prospecting using leads from Mentor Agent book of business and Lead Management System.
• Quoting new business proposals when applicable.
• Following our sales process to adequately present and close new business.
• Developing Centers of Influence through various networking opportunities throughout community.
• Follow-up on outstanding leads generated by associate or Mentor Agent.
• Active Cross-Selling of Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders
