You will analyze workflow bottlenecks, document processes, manage team communications, and ensure tooling runs smoothly. This role requires 2+ years in sales/operations, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales discipline experience; operations experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Direct, B2B, SaaS, or tele sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support/operations role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
• Strong communication and adaptability to change.
• Internal applicants must exceed metrics in current position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing scalable processes for the Reddit program.
• Collaborate with sales operations, enablement and leadership to streamline workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks via workflow shadows and recommend process improvements.
• Audit process documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage team calendars and ensure timely communication updates; support tooling.
• Provide troubleshooting for tooling challenges.
