Job summary

MarketStar in Ogden, UT is seeking an Account Executive to represent Reddit and own the full sales cycle from lead to close for small- to mid-size businesses. This role is based in Ogden with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will generate new business through cold calling, personalized emails, and other outreach, conduct discovery, develop tailored solutions, and manage CRM to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Collaboration, adherence to policies, and ongoing coaching are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a quota-carrying, inside sales, account management, or related role.
• Structured sales process knowledge: prospecting, discovery, solution development, objections, closing.
• Strong results orientation with measurable quotas or KPIs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for high-volume pipelines.
• CRM and advertising/reporting platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of SMB prospects from outreach through close and campaign launch.
• Generate new business via cold calls, emails, and other outreach.
• Execute a structured sales process including discovery, solution development, objections, and closing.
• Build relationships with advertisers and translate needs into Reddit recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
