Job summary

MarketStar is hiring an Agency Account Executive in Ogden, UT to drive Reddit advertising partnerships for mid-size agencies. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead to close, and build strong client relationships while crafting tailored media solutions to hit revenue targets.

You will translate performance data into strategic recommendations, manage a high-volume book of business, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, agency partnerships, or ad-tech environments.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, solution development, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships while driving retention and revenue growth.
• Working knowledge of digital advertising concepts and metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS).
• Excellent organization, time management, and CRM record-keeping.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Account ownership, accountability, and follow-through on business outcomes.
