Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 30% Support L2L and related operations systems with user support, system updates, troubleshooting, reporting support, and issue escalation.
• 30% Support continuous improvement by learning to build Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and other digital tools that reduce manual work and improve functional business processes.
• 25% Assist with dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI tracking to improve operational visibility and leadership follow-up.
• 15% Document processes, maintain standard work, and support data accuracy checks for operations systems, reports, and digital tools.
