Description

Position Summary: The Operations Analyst supports manufacturing operations by maintaining operational systems, improving functional business processes, and developing practical reporting and digital tools that strengthen daily execution, training visibility, and operational follow-up. This entry-level role supports L2L and related operations systems, assists with dashboards and KPI reporting, documents standard work, and helps convert manual processes into more reliable digital workflows. The position is intended for a developing analyst with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and interest in data analytics, manufacturing systems, and continuous improvement. As capability develops, the Operations Analyst will learn to build Power Automate flows, Power Apps, dashboards, and related digital tools that reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and increase operational visibility.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL, or similar reporting and automation tools


• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methods


• Comfortable learning new software, documenting processes, and asking questions to understand business needs
