Job summary

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency are essential. The ideal candidate has an associates degree with significant supervision in manufacturing, with experience in a high-speed Tier 1 automotive environment and familiarity with SAP

• Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations.
• 4 year Degree in related field.
• 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth.
• 10+ years of work experience in a high speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meeting KPI targets, Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Presenting results and countermeasures
• Leading cross functional teams in weekly meetings
• Budgeting
• Meeting customer expectations
• Lead continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues
• Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization

• Willing to work overtime as required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 year Degree in related field
• 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth

• Familiarity with electronics and electronic components
• 6-Sigma certification
• Familiarity with SAP and L2L
