Omron Automation Americas is seeking an energetic AI & Analytics Specialist to support analytics, automation, and AI-enabled business solutions across the Americas. You will develop dashboards, administer business applications, and collaborate with BI, IT, and data teams to drive operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes prototyping AI solutions, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement while leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, and Microsoft AI tools in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or data-focused field.
• 3–5 years in BI/analytics or related IT disciplines.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tech (Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write SQL queries and analyze data in Snowflake and other sources.
• Support AI-enabled business solutions and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, and global data teams to optimize processes.
• Document technical solutions and SOPs; provide admin support for business apps.
