Job summary

You will assist with piping design tasks, stress analysis, and development of conceptual layouts and take-offs for cost evaluation. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, EIT preferred, and 1+ year of relevant industrial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of piping materials and design standards.
• Experience with stress analysis and piping systems.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing less complex mechanical tasks under supervision.
• Support in stress analysis, specifications and piping estimates.
• Develop conceptual layouts and material take-offs.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate with design teams to ensure flow of information.
