The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a self-motivated mindset and readiness to grow within a fast‑growing engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• HVAC design and commissioning background is valuable.
• Energy solutions exposure and performance contracting experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present project opportunities to potential clients.
• Support client meetings, industry events, and proposal development.
• Site visits, audits, and energy calculations for projects.
• Engineering design review of drawings and specifications.
• Assist bidding process to ensure quality and competitive outcomes.
• Coordinate with construction manager for a smooth build.
• Commission installed systems to validate performance.
• Support the client through warranty activities.
• Collaborate with M&V team to develop M&V reports.
