Job summary

IE University Foundation is seeking a Junior Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of its scholarship portfolio in Madrid. You’ll coordinate onboarding, support services, and donor communications, ensuring operational excellence across all activities.

You will combine strategic partnership work with hands-on student support, leveraging CRM, data management, and AI tools to drive impact and access to education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s degree is positively valued, although not an exclusive requirement.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in project coordination, program management, or institutional support roles.
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge and use of AI-based tools is highly valued.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end student lifecycle for scholarship recipients, including onboarding documentation, accommodation arrangements, support throughout the program, and graduation follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed financial records for scholarship recipients throughout their scholarship.
  • Manage all scholarship-related communications, including oversight of the team inbox, stakeholder inquiries, and student correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate response.
  • Support preparation and execution of scholarship selection committees including candidate dossiers and evaluation materials.
  • Prepare academic performance reports and donor impact reports.
  • Maintain and organize files and documentation for all scholarship programs.
  • Help organize meetings and events for scholarship recipients and donor engagement.
  • Collaborate with different departments of the organization (Financial Aid, Admissions, Global Markets, Student Services, Legal) to ensure effective execution of scholarship programs.
  • Support departmental budget processes, including budget forecasting, invoice coordination and payment tracking with administration.
  • Prepare presentations and materials needed for the program.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of operational enhancements including AI solutions.

IE Foundation is looking for a Junior Manager to oversee the operational execution of its scholarship portfolio.
