Job summary

Conagra Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator to support our Bread Packaging department. You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production on the 6:45 AM–7:00 PM shift, with overtime as needed.

The role involves lifting up to 50+ pounds, standing for long periods, and collaborating with multiple teams to hit daily packaging goals. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $24.00, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career

Qualifications

Machine Operator experience.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 50+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
Commitment to safety - PPE is provided, including ear protection.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
Follow lock out tag out procedures.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
