Job summary

Our Home is hiring a Packing Machine Operator to support the vertical and pouch packaging lines. You will ensure efficient operation, monitor material usage and waste, and help maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards on a M-F 5:30am–3:30pm schedule.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, ability to perform operator duties, and willingness to work overtime or Saturdays. Team collaboration and a focus on safe, accurate packaging are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience and training preferred.
• Must be available for occasional overtime (early starts or staying late) and Saturday work.
• Ability to perform duties assigned by supervisor or group leader.
• Commitment to quality and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule to determine products to run.
• Set up and adjust packaging equipment and printers.
• Maintain correct seals, cuts, bag weights and labels.
• Assist packaging team and communicate with maintenance for repairs.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to food safety programs.
