Job summary

Our Home is hiring a Packing Machine Operator to run vertical and pouch packaging lines. The role requires 2-4 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a commitment to food safety.

You will use coders, sensors, and printers, ensuring accurate packaging and minimal waste on a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30am to 3:30pm. Join a fast-growing snacks company and contribute to quality, efficiency, and safety on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience and training preferred.
• Able to read and follow production schedules and specs.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines (vertical and pouch) to meet production targets.
• Set up coders, eye sensors, and packaging printers for accurate output.
• Monitor material usage and waste, adjust speeds and settings as needed.
• Perform quality checks and ensure correct seals, weights, and labeling.
• Maintain clean work area and follow food safety procedures.
• Assist with machine maintenance and report issues promptly.
