Job summary

Conagra Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator Jr. Packaging on the 1st shift to support bread packaging.

You will monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, continuous operation and quality checks. Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you’ll operate multiple machines, supply lines to maintain product flow, and collaborate with other departments to hit production goals.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50+ lbs, climbing stairs, and repetitive use of hands.
• Comfort around large machinery and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Safety-focused with PPE provided (ear protection).
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
• Follow lock out tag out procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
• Perform product quality checks to meet standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per food safety and OSHA requirements.
