Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level M/E engineer for its Advanced Facilities Group in Cleveland. You will participate in safety and quality plans, assist in developing ME estimates, and support bid and preconstruction activities for large industrial and data center projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, and offers exposure to budgeting, design coordination, and constructability reviews within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field (Required).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Assist in developing M/E estimates from design information using automated estimating system.
• Assist in reviewing mechanical and electrical options during preconstruction.
• Develop M/E scopes of work for bid process.
• Assist in bid analysis and subcontractor selection.
• Assist with coordinating sequencing to meet schedules.
