Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• High analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with payment teams and suppliers.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and collect freight invoices from carriers.
• Reconcile freight invoices with provisioned values.
• Maintain contact with the payment team and freight suppliers to ensure timely payments.
• Utilize advanced Excel to analyze data and ensure correct payment of company freight.
• Monitor freight costs and ensure they are within established budgets.
