Job summary

You will be the primary contact for managing 3rd party freight audit and payment providers and serve as an escalation point for carrier invoicing issues.

Qualifications

• College degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics, customer service, freight payment or related field.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Communicates effectively with customers, vendors and team members.
• Overarching responsibility for accurate data capture and system entry.
• Proactively resolves internal team, customer service and vendor issues.
• Looks for internal and customer process improvements.
• Supports accounts at customer sites and maintains SOPs.
• Escalates carrier invoicing issues and manages 3rd party freight audit partners.
