About the AHL All Star Program

The AHL All Star Program — Academy for Lending Leadership, Sales, Technique, Advancement & Results — is an eight-week training program designed to develop aspiring Loan Officers into knowledgeable and confident investment property financing specialists.

No mortgage experience required

We provide structured training in mortgage products, sales, systems, deal structuring, and licensing preparation, along with hands-on coaching and mock-call practice.

Our goal is to take you from trainee to panel-certified Junior Loan Officer with a clear path toward becoming a producing Loan Officer.
