Job summary

Grand Island Casino Resort is seeking A/V Technicians to support event and live performance delivery. You will connect, test, deploy, and maintain AV and related equipment, ensuring a high quality experience for guests and events. Required are an A.A.

or technical training in live sound, plus 1 year of related work experience. Knowledge of AV/L hardware, signal flow, and Microsoft Office is expected. Schedule is 10-hour shifts Thursday through Sunday, with hourly pay of $20–$28 plus Premium Pay

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical training in live sound reinforcement or related field.
  • 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AV hardware and software, signal flow, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Test, deliver, set, strike, and operate AV systems for events.
  • Manage live performance tech, including band setup and sound checks.
  • Deploy audio/visual equipment and assist IT with peripherals as directed.
  • Patch cables and organize cables for complex setups.
  • Document procedures and ticket resolutions for repeat issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and participate in event logistics.
