Job summary

Four Winds Casino New Buffalo seeks an on-site Audio/Video Technician to operate and maintain AVL systems for events and performances. You will support multiple departments, communicate with clients, and prepare technical documents such as stage plots and signal flows.

Qualifications

Minimum of High school diploma or GED.
One to two years technical background operating audio and video equipment.
Familiar with audio mixing consoles, digital lighting consoles, video switchers.
Basic understanding of AMX, Q-Sys, and Dante systems.
Excellent communications and organizational skills.
Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots audio, video and lighting systems for events and performances.
Communicates with clients and performers regarding AVL needs.
Assists with production preparation and facilitation at Four Winds properties.
Generates technical documentation such as stage plots and signal flow plans.
Assists with event setup and tear-down under direction of Entertainment Manager or Lead.
