Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail accounts, sales, or account management (CPG experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and growth of retail accounts across sales planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain customer reporting, including sales performance, promotions, and distribution tracking.
• Assist with customer presentations, line reviews, and item setup.
• Support promotional planning, including pricing, funding, forecasting, and post-event analysis.
• Partner with internal teams (sales operations, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure execution of customer programs.
• Track and follow up on action items, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and customer data.
• Develop a working knowledge of retailer systems, processes, and merchandising expectations.
