Mission:

As a Junior IT Technician, you will own Tier-1 support end-to-end, drive new hire onboarding with zero defect, and become a trusted go-to for frontline IT operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide Helpdesk and IT Support by building confidence with End-User Support & Communication
• Oversee ticketing system and achieve SLA compliance & Ticket accuracy
• Gain fluency in core IT tools & systems
• Be responsible for asset inventory and tracking
• Oversee employee onboarding, meeting and conference room tech support, security and compliance, and device setup and deployment

• Bring experience as a first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Understand how to troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues when needed
• Have a passion for working with people and resolving their tickets in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
