Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of technology support experience or equivalent.
• Experience with hardware/software support and networked PC environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues for all City employees.
• Configures computers, peripherals, user accounts, mobile devices, and software updates.
• Assists with maintenance of VOIP system and configuration of users, phones, and call groups.
