Qualifications

• Zero to one year of professional IT experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related education or training helpful.
• Basic familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking concepts.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in handling requests.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+ are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound service requests and perform initial review of each ticket.
• Verify customer, contact, site, and equipment information and gather missing details.
• Coordinate scheduling and provide status updates to customers.
• Categorize, document, and route tickets using established procedures.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and scheduling information in ConnectWise.
• Provide basic technical support for internal users and assist with setup.
• Assist customers with basic issues under supervision and escalate when needed.
• Shadow senior technicians and help with internal projects.
